Baronial Circlet is constructed of Brass with an engraved design.  We are debating no longer carrying circlets, due to the cost of materials and trying to keep various sizes in stock.  It is adorned with six 8mm Moonstones.  It is 3/8 tall and is sized at 22 3/4.
